Guidelines
The Aprilaire Website Builder Program offered through TMP is a flexible and customized website template that gives Aprilaire dealers the ability to create a tailored site specific to their business. To allow dealers to create a truly customized site, very little limitations are placed on what information and images a dealer can use on their site. Aprilaire has established the following guidelines or points to remember when working with TMP in creating your professional site:
- Competitive indoor air quality information, images and logos cannot be used on the template 's homepage.
- Competitive indoor air quality product images and information can be utilized in a dealer 's online newsletter and eStore.
- Competitive indoor air quality product images and information can be linked to from the Aprilaire indoor air quality page to a competitor 's site.
- HVAC company logos can be used on the site, excluding the homepage. Logos can link to the manufacturer 's site.
- The proper use of Aprilaire trademarks, logos and images must be adhered to at all times.
Use
Aprilaire reserves the right to:
- Review and reject any image or language that it may deem as being defamatory or in violation of the above guidelines and request the removal of the image and/or language.
- Amend the program and basic template at any time in order to continually improve upon the Website Builder Program.
